Çfarë mbledhim. Emrin dhe mbiemrin, email-in (i konfirmuar), vendin dhe qytetin, deklaratën që jeni 18 vjeç e lart, gjuhën e faqes dhe orën e nënshkrimit. Opsionalisht: numrin e telefonit; llojin e dokumentit, një gjurmë të koduar (hash) të numrit personal dhe tri shifrat e fundit. Numrin personal të plotë nuk e ruajmë.
Pse. Për të numëruar nënshkrimet e verifikuara, për të siguruar që çdo person nënshkruan një herë, për auditim të pavarur të listës dhe, nëse e kërkoni, për t'ju kontaktuar si vullnetar.
Baza ligjore. Nënshkrimi i një peticioni tregon një qëndrim politik, që është kategori e veçantë të dhënash. E përpunojmë vetëm me pëlqimin tuaj të shprehur, që e jepni duke shënuar kutinë e pëlqimit. Zbatojmë Ligjin nr. 124/2024 "Për mbrojtjen e të dhënave personale" të Shqipërisë, Rregulloren e Përgjithshme të BE-së për Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave (GDPR) për banorët e BE-së, dhe Ligjin federal zviceran për mbrojtjen e të dhënave.
Kush i sheh. Vetëm administratorët e emëruar të nismës. Publikohet vetëm numri i nënshkrimeve. Emrat nuk publikohen. Të dhënat nuk shiten dhe nuk u jepen partive politike. Lista mund t'u tregohet institucioneve ose auditorëve të pavarur vetëm për verifikim.
Ku ruhen. Në Google Firebase (Google Cloud), në qendrën e të dhënave në Zyrih, Zvicër (europe-west6). Google vepron si përpunues në emrin tonë.
Sa kohë. Deri në përfundimin e fushatës dhe 12 muaj pas saj. Pastaj të dhënat fshihen ose anonimizohen, përveç numrit të përgjithshëm.
Të drejtat tuaja. Mund të kërkoni kopjen, korrigjimin ose fshirjen e të dhënave tuaja, ose të tërhiqni pëlqimin në çdo kohë, duke na shkruar. Tërheqja e pëlqimit heq nënshkrimin tuaj nga numri. Keni të drejtë të ankoheni te Komisioneri për të Drejtën e Informimit dhe Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale (Shqipëri), te autoriteti i vendit tuaj në BE, ose te Komisioneri Federal i Mbrojtjes së të Dhënave (Zvicër).

What we collect. Your first and last name, email (confirmed), country and city, your statement that you are 18 or older, the page language and the time of signing. Optionally: your phone number; the type of ID document, an encoded fingerprint (hash) of your personal number and its last three characters. We never store the full personal number.
Why. To count verified signatures, to make sure each person signs once, to allow an independent audit of the list and, if you ask, to contact you as a volunteer.
Legal basis. Signing a petition reveals a political view, which is a special category of data. We process it only with your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box. We apply Albania's Law No. 124/2024 on the protection of personal data, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU residents, and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
Who sees it. Only the initiative's named administrators. Only the number of signatures is published. Names are not published. Data is never sold or given to political parties. The list may be shown to independent institutions or auditors for verification only.
Where it is stored. In Google Firebase (Google Cloud), in the Zurich data centre, Switzerland (europe-west6). Google acts as our processor.
How long. Until the end of the campaign and 12 months after. The data is then deleted or anonymised, except the total count.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to us. Withdrawing consent removes your signature from the count. You can complain to Albania's Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection, to the authority in your EU country, or to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
